I have over 1900 Faction, did the primary quests, but yet wont allow me in, when I speak to the npc, I get this, Sorry, but the war with the Kurz is heating up, ive been told only those that are aligned with one of three clans are allowed in Calvon, This I do not understand, is it bugged or something?

You need to pick up the quest "Journey to Cavalon" from Jamei in Matuu Keep. Then go to Zos Shivros Channel to have an NPC warp you to Cavalon.

The same thing goes for House Zu Heltzer if you ever plan on making the trek through the Echovald Forest. Just take the other quest that Jamei offers you.

Yes, that did it, thanks alot, I am surprised that they or a quest or a mission they don't tell you? Or do they, kind of confusing.

Gaining access to Kurzick and Luxon lands is a matter of storyline. Just as with all of Factions, you need to follow the primary quests and you'll get access to outposts as the storyline progresses.

There's an easy way to check: if there's a guard in front of the gate to an outpost that stops you, it's almost guaranteed that the guard will let you in during an appropriate primary quest.

Also: When in doubt, do all the available primary quests and missions.

Once you obtain this quest from Jamei in Maatu Keep, travel to the Zos Shivros Channel and speak with Watchman Bencis. He'll warp you into Cavalon, where you can speak with Elder Rhea to get your reward.
